At MindJournal, we want you to feel as confident in your wardrobe as you do in your daily journey. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
